Fuel Tank

So, I'm currently driving a 435i yet to bite the bullet, but wanted to know do I drive and the fuel tank now talk to each other?

In idrive 5 my car doesn't find me a fuel station in the sat nav when I'm coming close to empty, has this been added or we still hopelessly looking for a fuel station?

yes it will bug you to find fuel when it gets to 'low' which is when the light comes on, fuel station suggestions do pop up un as you turn them off
