It's a hybrid between sport and comfort. If the car senses you're just strolling along casually, suspension, steering, throttle will all be in comfort. If the car notices you're accelerating aggressively or steering aggressively it will change to sport dynamically. If you have a route plugged in on the iDrive NAV the car will anticipate turns, on ramps, etc and adjust the car according. So for example if the NAV knows you're about to take an on ramp it will tighten up to suspension, dial in the throttle and tighten up the steering all in the anticipation that's you're going to be hard accelerating down the ramp.
