I remember injecting B vitamins was the latest fad about 6 yrs ago in Los Angeles, I had a few friends that did it... always seemed very extreme to me, but who knows, if you are deficient then maybe it's ideal?

Have you done a blood test OP? best way to gauge what specific vitamins you need. I'm pretty sure if you are at healthy levels in most vitamins then you'd likely just be peeing most of them out? Did one recently, found myself vitamin D deficient which can lead to fatigue. Probably cause I don't go out as much... damn you covid.

Maybe just look into if your specific medications can cause deficiencies in anything. For example I know PPIs can cause several vitamin deficiencies so it may be beneficial to take supplements for those specific vitamins.

As long as the dose is not too high. It's a fat soluable vitamin so it can store in your body and you can overdose on it. With too much your hair can fall out and your skin turns a big yellowish with a https://hellomaterialsblog.com/keto-fit-pro-review/
