Do we know when will "M Sport Professional Package" with black front grille be available with Tanzanite Blue II Metallic exterior? It seem i can't make that selections to gather.

Tanzanite is not available with M Sport package; except for M60i which does not have regular x-line exterior option. You probably need to do BMW individual color order as likely they will not be mass production that combo

Thanks for the quick reply. When you suggest "You probably need to do BMW individual color order as likely they will not be mass production that combo" you mean choose some other color that supports it?

do we know why this combination was removed compared to 2023 models?

Tanzanite is not an approved Individual paint so it can't be chosen. For the G05 it is only available as a Priority 1 for the M60i.

Welcome to the forum. Marketing/Product placement is usually the reason.

He was referring to ordering it as a custom color although it is not available for that.

Not sure if it's a mistake or what, but at least for now US configurator Tanzanite Blue II Metallic can be selected for any trim level with non-m-sport package

I have not seen a recent pricing guide so they could have added it as a Priority 1 to the non-M60i's. Wouldn't trust it though until a dealer verifies it or we see an updated pricing guide.

Thanks for quick info. Yeah, I wanted to choose xdrive 40i or xdrive50e with Tanzanite Blue and M sport professional as I wanted Black grill and side rims. But it seems i can't do it for a moment.

X7 and all M models this combination is supported, just not supported on xdrive50e or xdrive40i.

Is there any other way to install Black front grill and black rims that comes with M sport and M sport professional package? thoughts?

looks like you can order Tanzanite Blue in M Sport now... Kind of annoyed that I got individual color. Is midnight sapphire a good color?

Don't get annoyed yet, while it may be true we have not received confirmation that the Priority 1 paints are available on anything but the M60i. The 6/1 pricing guide shows that is the case but obviously it could have changed after that. Hopefully someone tries to order one and lets us know.

Just an FYI for all that like the Tanzanite color. I have a friend with a G05 in that color and my brother has it on his G30. Both paid approx $2000 for that option. On my 2023 45e it wasn’t an option so i ordered Carbon Black. While the Tanzanite definitely has a more metallic blue look to it, in many conditions (and levels of cleanliness) it’s tough to tell them apart in particular if you have black grill and trim. Also, I’ve been told that when it comes to paint repair cost it’s going to be more challenging and costly with the Tanzanite.

I’m not sure what I will choose if I have the option for both on my next vehicle.

Tanzanite ALWAYS looks blue (different shades) but isn't easy to keep clean.

In shade, it just looks like CB.
In the sun, is where TB shines.
Where it looks the best to my eyes is dappled shade, where pockets of sun between leaves gives it a nice multi tone effect when looking at it.

Generally any metallic paint is going to be harder to blend than a flat, when bodywork is involved.

I'm not the hugest fan when it looks like CB but my neighbor loves the TB on the truck. He states I get 3 colors for the price of 1
