Just a reminder guys.....us guys in the US get the "new" episodes of Top Gear starting tonight on BBC America. I know we've been watching them online and all, but theres something better watching it on tv.

Unfortunate that the BBC America version of Top Gear is missing bits and peices to make room for commercials.

As for size to distance ration, my computer screen is much better.

If you watch Top Gear over youtube.... get a torrent client and get the real deal. You aren't doing the show justice at all.

That was crap - when BBC America says "new" Top Gears were coming Monday, I thought they meant the new series episodes. Not episodes from 2005.

Guess it's back to YouTube.

Same here. I was disappointed. I ended up not watching it.

They played the 24 hour race with the diesel 3 Series like 3 weeks in a row. WTF!?

Every Monday I am excited to watch Top Gear on TV, but always finds out that they are playing replays "AGAIN!"

True... but if you get yourself a Philips DVD player (DVP642) or any other one that plays DIVX files, you can just DL them (and anything else) and watch it on your TV. Plus some of the new DVD players, have a USB slot, so you don't even have to keep burning discs.

That's what I do every week!

download it on sunday (usually takes around 6 hours or so).....then watch it Sunday evening Pacific Time!!!

download and copy to my flash and pop it in the Philips DVD player....one hour of joy and excitment!

Of course. My friend has every Top Gear from Season 1on, on DVD's in unbelieveable quality. We don't hang out too often, and I still have yet to buy DVD's for him to copy them for me.

as for everyone eles... do yourself a favor and grab the torrent. it downloads within 6 hours and the quality is great! I have nearly every single episode since the 1st season. Top gear FTW
