After upgrading software to 11/2023.42, the HK sound system has no bass. Before, I could feel the punch and left the Bass setting at 0 but now, even going all the way, the bass is completely flat and the volume adjustment to speed is barely working as well.

Any one else facing this issue?

Restart iDrive and see if there is a difference.

Done that, been to dealership too couple times, they see no issues with the physical system which I told them multiple times, that it started after the software upgrade, so it has to be a software issue.

very likely not a software issue. there have been some reports of this happening particularly with the G05 HK system over the years and none were reported to have occurred following any update (OTA or dealership). those folks have been able to get warranty repairs, though.

my dealership upgraded my vehicle software to 11/2023.42 when in for annual maintenance last December. I’ve not experienced any issues with HK sound/bass in my MY21 45e
