Sorry, I was on the road most of the day yesterday.

M3 Number 86 hit the nail on the head. Seating position is atrocious. Arms are almost fully extended while driving straight. Hands need to be kept at 9/3. Lots of unnecessary shuffling. I'm really surprised the instructor didn't fix these bad habits immediately. Once the fundamentals are fixed, then she can focus on building speed.

I do like Aquavit. Even if all of the food wasn't necessarily... quite my style, I enjoyed it. The presentation was incredible, and it was one of the few super expensive/Michelin-star/Michelin-style dinners I've had where I didn't feel a bit let down. Those restaurants are all fantastic, but when you consider the price to experience ratio, I rarely feel wowed. I would go back.

You should get the performance decals over your SO. In addition to increasing the subtlety, they will add 13.5hp and add 3 mph to your trap speed.

Wow! Maybe I'll go back. But ask politely about the goat products ahead of time. The cuisine is unique though.

One of my favorite places is still Le Bernardin. Although haven't been since they remodeled it.

I haven't tried Le Bernardin, but I want to. Aquavit, even if the food isn't quite your style, can't be faulted on service/quality/presentation, at least the time I went. I loved French Laundry but have yet to try Per Se.
