Button Lights Malfunction

I recently had my 2022 Hybrid X5 detailed. Nothing too fancy, basically vacuumed and wiped down the interior and wash outside. After I got the car back, I noticed that all the lights around the lower AC display are flashing. The AC display is not working. All the buttons work. I figure water got in somewhere and I will taking it to the dealer. I've included a video. Any more ideas?

Probably either recalibrating or compressor is in protection mode. How many miles have you put on the car since it getting it back from the detailer?

Hi Azureinfinitisky ,

I'm facing a similar issue mentioned in a previous post and would like to know how it was resolved. After detailing my 2022 BMW X5 sDrive G05, I noticed that all the lights around the lower AC display are flashing, and the AC display is not working. All the buttons are working fine. I've taken the car to the dealer twice, but the problem persists.

Has anyone experienced this and found a solution? If so, could you share how you fixed it?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Kinda sucks. I once was so stressed when I couldn't update the s/w on my brand new car saying there is device connected on OBD port while there is none. I happened after the PPF installer put PPF in the interior including the display screen. Luckily, it's been resolved by the dealer by unplugging the car battery.
