746i vs 758i

Can anyone point out any differences between the 746i and 758i wheels? They look so similar. Looks like the 758i comes on the X7 and the 746i comes on the X5 so is there any issue with 758i on an X5?

They look similar but different in design.

X5 746i is 5 V-spoke design, chamfered Orbit Grey spokes and inset in the middle with an offset of ET37 front and ET43 rear

X7 758i is also a 5 V-spoke design, more dimensional Orbit Grey chamfers and inset in the middle but not as much with an offset of ET32 front and ET43 rear

TL;DR no issue with fitment - they'll fit and the X7 758i will have a more aggressive offset by 5mm

x7's stock offset is more aggressive, I thought, than the x5. Still fits, but it's like you're getting a free slim spacer in the process

If I'm reading Auricom correctly, putting the X7 rims (758i) on the X5 would be identical offset in the rear but the front would actually be *less* aggressive being further under the fender.

You're correct, lower # the more aggressive. I mentally inverted the two numbers.

Actually the X7 is more aggressive, apologies I mentally inverted the numbers in my head. So the X7 offset is 5mm further out compared to X5.

Ah ok. I was thinking of it backwards the whole time then.
