Anyone tried this yet?
I'm looking to give it a go. I've seen a few here have been advised by their dealership that the wiring loom doesn't exist. However studying TIS I can't see what wouldn't be available. The car will need coding and I'm wondering if the heated armrests that come with option 4HB are the complicating factor. I'm not bothered about these but equally don't want errors thrown. I need to source a heated wheel but without traffic assist if anyone has one spare down the back of the sofa |

I have a heated wheel installed in my non-heated from factory x6 and i can never find the right info to get this working. All other functions are fine, but no heat.

If it's like prior BMW models, you would need to run the additional wiring to power the heater module, add the switch, and then code in the feature. When I did this on my F36, I also had to use a different clock spring as well.
