Should be able to call up pretty much any local electrical contractor for the install. I installed two my self for friends, super simple but you need to know what you are doing with electricity.

You have to decide on a direct wired charger or one with a plug that you plug into an outlet. If you decide on the latter, your electrician has to know the type of plug to install the correct 220V outlet. Personally I think the plug is the way to go. Then you don't need to involve an electrician if it need to be replaced or if you move and want to take the charger with you.

That's a good POV, the ones I did was 220v hardwired. If my friend gets the Tesla his wife wants they will need to replace the charger bc well Tesla. If you have a plug in one it would be simple mount and plug in..

I have a 240v plug for my level 2 charger. Any licensed electrician can install that, and cost depends on a few things, what your electrical panel can support (if you need an upgraded panel, it will cost thousands of dollars), what type of plug you need (I needed a NEMA 6-50) and lastly, how far from the panel your plug will be. Total install for my plug was $590, which is about average. Verify plug type and voltage before talking to any electrician.
