Ordered on March 15 and issued production number. BMW confirmed Week 15 build (April 8)

Worked through a broker since my local dealers wouldn't budge on MSRP. Considering taking delivery at the PDC but am worried that's hard to predict and may just pay to ship.

Week 15 here as well! Unfortunately Europeans have no option to track order online and the only way is to call the dealer once in a while.. Will do so within next week as the VIN should be already assigned.

MY25 starts production Week 14 so his would be a MY25.

I know I have another thread regarding the CEL issue, hopefully they resolve the issue. I really want the 50e but I do not want to go through another Lemon Law lawsuit. I just went through this with Lincoln.

I hit status 150 today! Production begins and got our VIN! I just ordered 2 days ago. I did the F12 process and looks like April 6th build date. Which is a Saturday so not sure if they work weekends or not? So cool to see things moving so quickly.

BUT I was offered 5/9/2024 for PCD Delivery and was able to push it to 5/10 instead so am going for it.

Yeah my dealer must have had a build already close to being built and just modified it with my options.

PCD sounds amazing. We thought about it but not this time. Maybe another time or we'll just drive down and check it out.

Mine just flipped from status 111 to status 112.
PCD reached out for scheduling delivery on 5/15.

My build has moved to 4-4 build date so I'm now in week 14 from 15. A few of the other members from week 14 had the same thing where they moved up a couple of days.

I got moved to Wk 16

Taking PCD in May so not a big deal

Hmm. I wonder why? I didn't see anything in your build that I would think would hold it up?

Like you said, at least with PCD it won't change much.

Not possible to guess and see what would hold it up. The manufacturing is JIT so it could be any part being delayed due to manufacturing, transportation, QC, etc. If anything is delayed the whole vehicle is delayed as they don't use parts that are assigned to other vehicles.

My order was scheduled for week 15 and remained unchanged even after recent updates. According to my dealer it is in 150 and VIN assigned. Unfortunately no production status in MyBMW app for EU.

A few weeks back, my dealer advised me to opt for M Sport brakes to avoid delay to week 16 or later. I’m wondering if this has influenced the shifts in production weeks.

Anybody else week 15 start assembly yet? I was originally scheduled for week 16 but my M60i just got built yesterday and now it’s waiting for carrier assignment at factory
