Headrest Adjustment
I am trying to figure out how to adjust the front headrests forward and backward. The owner's manual shows a button on the headrest to do this, but I cannot find it on my car. Has anyone figured this out? I have the headrests with the wings that fold out.

There's a button where all the other seat adjustment buttons are. At least on mine there is (multi-contour seats). I'm not near my vehicle but if my memory serves me, it's part of the buttons toward the rear of the seat and it either slides forward/backward or rocks. It took me a while to find it too. No buttons on the headrest either like the manual shows.

I found the button that moves the upper half of the whole backrest forward and backward. I was hoping I could adjust the headrest forward/backward independently of that upper half of the backrest though.

Not sure if it's the same as the E70 and F15, but there is no way to separately adjust the headrest with multicontour seats. the entire upper part of the seat adjusts instead. It's kind of annoying but the multicontour seats are still worth it, IMHO.

That's the only con for multi-contour compared to standard seats.

Yup, I agree their still worth it and it's the same as E70 and F15 - only the leather designs and seat controls has changed over the years.
