The only way to get the black exhaust tips from the factory is by ordering the competition model. If you got the base X5M, I believe you can buy the black competition exhaust tips from the dealer parts counter.
Though I bet they will cost a kings ransom.

Have the X5M(non comp) tips powder coated any color you want. This should be very inexpensive.
