'24 X5M/X6M Cold Start
Current US/Canada ‘24 X5M/X6M owners have you noticed any difference between the cold start of the pre LCI S63 vs the ‘24 S68 cold start growl? I’m concerned that BMW has damped the sound to due to EU regulations.

If you live in the states, you don't need to worry about EU regs. Plus they're built in your state.

How is your cold start on your ‘24 X5M comp? BMW AG has been limiting the cold start growl, as there is big difference from my F93 to G83 ZCP. This is also a new transmission for the LCI as the electronic 48 volt motor is built into the transmission—as BMW has claimed this reduces the need for full ICE power at start up.

It sounds pretty aggressive and pretty happy with it considering it's stock exhaust. I start it with values open and in M Sport which is the loudest setting. |
