X5 Trunk floor/lid weight limit? (Cover to spare tire)

I was wondering if there was a weight limit to the trunk floor (AKA the lid/floor you open to get to the spare tire)

Hoping to put some heavy weight on it - but not sure if the floor/lid will break due to it possibly being plastic

any thoughts on weight limit? durability?

I wonder if someone makes a one-piece purpose built "liner" that would distribute the weight, while at the same time protecting the carpet.
