2019 lithium dual storage battery

my battery needs replacement. got a quote for almost $2000. $1100 for battery and $900 including labor. labor charge includes disconnecting and recharging cooling system. it’s a 12v 10 amp battery. does it even have a cooling system? does the quoted price seem right?

I think that quote is fairly accurate from what we have seen. I think the 48v battery has cooling but the 12v LiOn does not.
