I took a shot at it, but the M50D probably is a better representation of what you want

This time I can say BMW done it right for X5 series. It finally gets proper "luxury" feeling.

Exterior:
Left/Right side = OK

Front = the grill!! OMG, somehow it looks hideous, but it would probably grow on the customers overtime. I somehow do not like the headlight separated from the grill as it makes the headlight smaller, like both eyes separated from the nose too far.

Back = WTFFFFF is this???? The only thing good on the back is the BMW logo. The headlight just looks like KIA, Hyundai or whatever.
I miss the F15 tail lights already
Sorry for your loss. I'll light a candle for you tonight.

I'd think say- an Escalade owner would view the new X5 as nimble and toss able. Just a matter of perspective.

Thanks man! You're right, the M50d is probably almost exactly the same, I didn't realize it was being released as well.

To further put it in perspective, it's within the inch in both the width and length of the XC90. Just how large is the X7 going to be?

The X7 Concept is reportedly 5.02m, which is only 10cm/4in longer than the new X5. Hopefully the production X7 will be slightly longer.

Tailights

Sounds like most don't like the tails, but I kind of like the 3D nature of them when viewed other than straight on.

I actually love it. Love the new design for the center console area. A little disappointed how every design aspect seems to transfer over between different series, such as the new gear select lever pretty much looks exactly the same as on the F90 M5. I don't mind the huge grills either, gives it more character. They really should make an M50i version though. I'm sure they would sell more. Hope there will continue to be a diesel version here in America too.

Can’t wait to hear the m-sport exhaust on the v8, hopefully a little louder than the current!

Of course with 4-wheel steering and self-parking options you can somewhat overcome with technology. Won't help if your garage is too small, though.
I find the increased width of the vehicle makes it more difficult to park. Every inch of width feels exponential.
