I've read all pages of this thread and it seems like there's a preference to go for the ENET cable + adapter.
My question #1 is: has anyone tried with a Ethernet to USB C adapter (instead of lightning adapter) to code with iPad Pro ? I'd rather buy a USB-C adapter than a lightning so I can have multiple use for this adapter (connect it to my laptop as well - which I can't do with a lightning). Any feedback would be appreciated. My question #2 is: is there a cheat sheet for G06 as well? Lastly, @ifr: I see you said it's possible to code remote start without Connected Drive. I'm in a region where ConnectedDrive isn't available and I know remote start works with the triple click with the Fob. The problem is that I noticed it doesn't work if you're farther than approximately 10-15m. Is there a way to code that and make it work for a greater distance? Thanks! |

ive got the euro version i believe, but i can count on one hand how many times i've seen my High beam/Laser lights came on automatically. Id love to enable the laser lights at any speed when flicking my high beams with no speed or lighting restrictions. |

That said my anti dazzle comes on as low as 30mph and I've definitely had full laser distance at 40mph on 'b' classification roads If it's dark enough, my anti dazzle is almost always active/on |

Ambient lighting g05
Does anyone know how to code a colour change to G05 using Bimmercode?
I've only seen 1 person doing it but he used a massive script and ran in on E-sys |

did some basic coding after I got the car last Feb. just took it in to dealer for 10K service. I had been getting a message that new software was available but I hadn't done anything.
I had assumed the dealer's actions would "undue" my coding but everything seems to be the same. is this normal? was sure I thought i had read hear that any dealer/updates would wipe it out. |

Hey just wanted to see if anyone knows someone that can remote code (I'm in Charlotte, NC) for a fee? I did this on my A4 and it was great. I know I'd have to have connection here but would be great if someone could facetime and walk me through the various "must have" changes! Feel free to PM me

Pressing and holding the lock button should accomplish this as long as you're close to the car. If the car support convenient closing. I checked BimmerCode and there's no option to do it without holding the button.
