Anyone know if there is another number for BMW genius? This number doesn't seem to be working 1-844-443-6487.

I've tried calling a bunch of times and it keeps either saying "the number can not be completed" or I just get the busy tone.

Anyone else tried calling the genius number recently and if yes, what did you dial?

That is the same number that worked for me last month. For what its worth, I just got a busy tone, too.

So ended up calling my local dealer who suggested I call BMW assist.

Called assist and they said that genius has been dealing with "technical difficulties" the number we have is correct. It will be resolved today.

I was told to try and call back in next "hour or so". So let's see.

Just got an email response. Not sure what this means for my delivery time.

I had originally wanted to do factory delivery in South Carolina. So kind of (nervous) excited.
