I reached out to one dahler M50i owner and he said it does drone when the valves are closed (quiet setting) so he runs it open full time.

Yeah after downpipes its gonna go all crazy lol, i have catless DP in my car and i can imagine how dahler gonna sound after DP .

I was also thinking about replacing the muffler but it's very expensive so I'm gonna tune the dme 1st.
