The symbol comes up randomly. I know it’s related to time shift but as you can see I’m listening live. I don’t have the option to “jump
Forward” as it’s all live.

Sometimes even my profile avatar will go away and just this time shift remains. I have no way of getting rid of it unless I turn the car off.

I couldn't find that symbol in the infotainment manual but it looks like it is saying the time shift is active and the playback can be, or was, paused.

Yea, its something like that...but Im listening 100% live and I never even used timeshift when it happened.

Usually timeshift just cancels when you change stations or hit jump forward enough times.

Not the case here. That thing just doesn't go away.

How do you even pause timeshift?

If you have time shift activated then it automatically pauses the song when you get a phone call or hit the mute button.

Edit: Here is the info from the manual. Check and see if you maybe have the automatic time shift activated. I don't use the time shift just smart favorites.

Right, I do not have Automatic timeshift enabled.

Again, if timeshift was active, I would have the option to "Jump forward"

Also, those instructions are out of date. They are not available anymore as of update 7/2020. You can only "Jump" now. There isn't even a timeshift menu to see the recording anymore.
