Remember - You can’t see the outside color when you’re on the inside. Silverstone will be a cooler.

I personally would be okay with sensafin if getting the benefit of the silverstone color. If you wanted to also save the $ or you have kids and animals, then it’s probably okay too.
But other than color, potential damage or cash - I can’t think of any reason to not do the merino. Have to decide if any of these 3 matter to you

I could live with it, but would personally go with that Merino option if it was available. I can tell a difference between the 2 (some are saying they can't) and prefer the leather smell over vinyl. I have 2 young kids and so far have been able to manage the appearance of the ivory leather without much issue after 7 months. They put their feet all over, drop food constantly and spill liquids occasionally.

This is great to know. Ideally I’d want the ivory merino myself but would be afraid to order it!

I've had the vehicle for 7 months now and so far, everything has cleaned up. Jean dye will show up on the seats if you happen to wear them frequently (luckily I don't), but does come up with a foam sponge and leather cleaner. Others on here are saying that the perforated portions of the seat that come with the ventilated seat option are not Merino and instead vernesca, which would contribute to the ease of cleanup. Not sure what type of leather the rear seats are, but they also clean up easily. Even the Merino portions have been easy to maintain that new look. Here are some photos, just cleaned them last night. The seat belts are gto be the most difficult to clean if your kids spill anything except water on them. I've watched videos on how to clean them, just haven't attempted it yet.

I just picked one up with Congac Sensafin and would definitely recommend it.

I was not a fan of older sensatec and in general always prefer real leather but Sensafin genuinely feels like high end leather, I have no complaints. Looks great too.

Nothing fancy, just this Brica Elite for $37 on Amazon. I've had them since 2016. None of my cars have formed any lasting indentations or marks yet and even on the Q7 I had for 4 years r were not marks. There is a version of this with a pocket in the front, but we never used that feature. After having white seats, I should bought something to cover the middle since my girls always put their feat on it. I was thinking some sort of soft seat cover then the brica hard protectors on top of that.
