Since BMW chose such a dull small LED (it's really no brighter than an old Thomas Edison incandescent bulb) for the reverse lighting, don't expect a very good image at night.

Is there any owner yet ? We would have seen pictures already… I’m curious to see North American LCI version, notably head and tail lights.

Yes, there has been many folks that have posted that they took delivery of the LCI. Check the Pricing and Ordering thread for pictures.

Thanks ! Unlike the 2019 G05/G06, I cannot spot any difference in the head/tail lights between the EU and NA versions.

Can you spot any ?

Other than the rear turn signals lack of yellow I have not heard of any.

aesthetically with the headlights there is a difference between EU and USA.
being that the upgraded adaptive headlights get the blue accents in the Msport pro package( although more subtle then without) in EU but for some reason not in the USA.

i think the laser dilemma has been solved with the complete ditching of them.

I took delivery and the camera during night is perfectly visible.

Was this when there was no other visible light source around? Because my pre-LCI works perfectly when there's light from other sources, but when it's just the brake and reverse lights it's horrible.

Do you happen to have comparison pictures ? Any idea why the blue accent isn’t available on the NA version ?

Any idea if this is applicable for X5MC and X6MC LCI too?

As far as I know, that info is not correct. The blue accents are available on the NA LCI models. They are shown in the Configurator. Keep in mind that different regions and countries have different options and packages. It could be the OP was referring to the M Sport Professional package which changes the headlights.

i don't see the blue accents on the shadowline lights ?

EDIT: i added the Belgian configurator picture which clearly shows the blue accents with the shadowline package.

Correct, the shadowline removes the blue accents.

My post was to clear up what looked to be a misunderstanding by Consuldean regarding the blue accents not being available in the NA. They are available on the Full LEDs. As far as the video, that is likely a pre-production model so not taking anything from that. We will know once the European deliveries occur.

The German configurator shows the blue accents even with shadowline headlights. First production models will probably be arriving some time in mid-May, then we will know for sure.

I noticed that when I was fooling around yesterday, there very well could be a difference.

On Canadian configurator the blue highlights are shown on Premium Enhanced Package (Adaptive LED Headlights):

There seems to have 3 options :
- normal
- LED
- shadow line

And depending on the region, there are even more differences in terms of the look with the type of blue accentuation ?

The normal are LEDs but yes those are the three options for the US. Other areas could be different but we have no on the ground confirmation yet that that is the case also configurator point to it.
