2020 750 vs 2020 x5 m50

Looking for a fun car to drive. We bought a 2024 x7 40 and want a v8.

Does anyone have a recommendation comparing the two?

What do you mean by “fun” - what are you looking to do?

I have the X5 M50i and it’s fun to go fast in a straight line or moderate curves, it’s stable at high speeds, and handles better than most 6,000+ pound tall vehicles, but I wouldn’t really call it “fun”. Same for the 750i/Li… it’s just too big and heavy to be “fun” in the traditional sense. The 7 series is more comfortable and luxurious. The X5 is more sporty & utilitarian.

My weekender Miata RF Club is fun (to me). It’s slow as heck comparatively, but it’s lots of fun!!

Go to the used car lots and do some test drives and see which better meets your needs/definition of “fun.”

Cheers!
