I'm about to order an x45e. Based in Seattle area and both BMW of Seattle and Bellevue told me they are selling special orders at MSRP, with no incentives. Did get the BMWFS MF and residual, but only after asking directly. Their initial offers marked the MF up to 0.00139 (nearly 70%) and added a couple additional points on the residual. Particularly disappointing at BMW Seattle given this will be the 4th BMW I've purchased from them. They dug in and told me they couldn't do a MF below 0.00139.
I get these are new and in high demand, but I've never seen anything like this. Anyone have a dealer they can point me to who can do better than this. Have a build code and ready to order. |

If your up for a little traveling, I went to Habberstad BMW (Phil Laccone was my sales guy) in Huntington out on the Island and with no haggling got 9% off a new order, they're one of the bigger dealers in terms of volume on LI so I guess they don't mind being more aggressive with deals. I took the same price out to my local dealer in the Hamptons and the SA said he couldn't match it or even get close |

I bet the dealership is gambling that once your car gets there, your emotions will take over and won't be able to walk away. Much like an impulse buy, you will be willing to pay whatever they offer just so you get the car home. |

I'm debating adding that second charger for the 45e or just plug it into a regular 110. I'm leaning on adding that second charger just b/c the Level 2 charge time, even at the low 3.x rate, drops the charge time to just under the "overnight" range. My utility company charges a "Peak" rate and "Off Peak" is just midnight to 7 AM. That's just about the charge time the 45e needs so I'm leaning that way. If you don't have peak times or have plenty of time to charge, I wouldn't bother. |

This seems high to me. I have an X5 xDrive 40i on order that retails for $77k and the 36/10k lease payment is $765/mo (before tax) with $0 down, max MSDs, and $3k incentives applied. Take away the MSDs and it's just under $800/mo before taxes.

I would highly recommend hiring one of the brokers on the Leasehackr forum. I am not trying to upset you but $1k/month with money down for a 10k lease is terrible. They are essentially giving you zero discount and even taking back some of the manufacturer rebates by marking up the money factor to the max. You should either really educate yourself on leasing and shop in a broader radius or just hire a good broker if you don't want to do the work yourself. You might pay a few hundred bucks to a broker upfront and potentially out of state shipping but you will save thousands over the course of your lease...
