Weird. Could it be the plastic between the glass layers warping?

Did it start out like that?

I just wonder if the windshield was not laminated properly.

I'd say a warranty replacement is definitely in order, but I think some dealers don't have body shops and they may use an outside company for the job. Make sure whoever it is has good reviews for this type of thing.

I personally had good luck with Safelite coming to me for my 2019 Grand Cherokee and doing the replacement.

Even though third-party windshields are rated for HUD many, including myself, have had problems with it being blurry. Since you are going through the dealer, whether they do it or a third party, you will get OEM. It is being covered under warranty and that means OEM replacement parts.
