Better gas mileage after software update.

I got the .55 software update and an oil change 2 weeks ago at around 7k miles. Now I'm getting better gas mileage. Went from 15mpg to 16.5mpg mostly city driving. Anyone else have this experience? I wonder if it was the software update or the first oil change?

Doubt its the software. Most likely less AC use from cooling weather > oil change > software update.

Have to say, I did oil change and software too (.55) and noticed my mileage went from 17 to 20mpg... I'm at 9K miles. Could be oil - could be software is doing different math...
