I can't send controls to car and throwing attached message.

Any ideas? I never had remote start or any issues before.

Is your car in drive? I doubt it otherwise you wouldn't be asking here.

Is your cars battery low? I know in my PHEV when this has happened I got a warning in the car that the battery was low. It tops itself up from the HV battery so I plugged it in and sorted that out. In your case you'd probably need to drive around a bit.

Remote services are working for me via the app so far today.

remote services and remote start are two different issues to address. to clarify, you're addressing the former?

can you verify that your vehicle wasn't in any of the mentioned conditions that restrict the use of Remote Services when you got these messages?

The door was locked and the car was completely turned off.

I went 70 km drive today morning So I'm sure the battery is sufficient.Any command I send to car through app (e.g:lock or unlock) fails and show that message.

If I remote start my car through key works fine though(so I don't think it's a battery issue)
