Always week 19. Well I ordered in early Jan and was told it would be early March but then got pushed due to the delays and MY change.

Dang! I was hoping you got moved up to week 19 from week 20. Looking for any excuse and hoping something amazing will happens.

Placed an order for X5 50e on Feb 28th. Today I saw that status changed from 112 to 150 with VIN number assigned. Checked build date with F12 process and said May 7th. Originally when I got my production number BMW Genius said I was scheduled for week 18 build then got delayed to week 21 but now looks like week 19!

Where did you find VIN? My dealer hasn’t been too helpful - and only watching thr My BMW page. Genius told me May 6 production but don’t see VIN number. When I called Genius - was told VIN assigned when production begins.

It will automatically replace the production number on the screen when you go to Production Begins.

VIN is usually assigned 2 weeks (14 days for me) before your scheduled production date. So if genius told you May 6th, you should have gotten your VIN around April 22. Does the VIN not show up when you log on to mygarage.bmwusa.com website?

If you are using the My BMW app, you should see VIN under VEHICLE INFO. I find My BMW lags the website.

I still have no VIN but still shows Week 19 production on my F12 process. Status 112.

I'm not following you. Where are you seeing the production week using the F12 process? That was never an available data item.

Status just flipped to 150, VIN assigned! F12 shows a 5/13 prod date which moves it into week 20 - I guess that’s why it took longer than I expected to change status.
