Yikes! I'm in too -
Picture of me buying a nice 335Xi last week for my back up car, but mostly for my kids to drive too. I can't (won't) state actual age, but I'm definitely IN

Actually Wede - apparently Miss Piggy is gone. Replaced by a 1'er that allegedly can spank Shoei's grocery getter any day of the week.
I say allegedly, because such claims have not yet been proven, despite me extending an open invitation to come up here and settle the matter in open court (road). Neither had the stones to accept said invitation...seems both might be afraid of the other.... Or the two old geezers are just afraid I'd beat them with their own car. |

Getting back on topic, the gray hairs in my beard and the runway on my head say I'm in for this thread, but my actual age says I'm out.
Quite the conundrum. I'm only 38. Another reason I keep the beard trimmed, there is a significant white patch that likes to grow on my chin if I let it get long...becomes quite pronounced. |

My goatee is white and it is perfectly visible in person. But every time someone takes a pic of me, especially if they use a flash, it disappears.

Aren't they 10 years apart? Or is my doctor lying to me?

Also, if they find anything it is more frequent.
Since that topic was raised, I hope everyone has gotten it done. Prep sucks, but procedure is nothing since you sleep through it. Really important.

Ugh, that sucks.
Indeed. The night before is far worse than the day of.

I had to do the prep 3 separate times because I got sick and almost passed out the first 2 tries before dr switched me to different prep. Something in that Superprep just wasn’t for me. Man I wanted to give up but knew I needed to follow through as I had an ulcer at age 18 and hadn’t seen a GI in around 30 years.

Sleep Ever I wish I could sleep like that every night. I know you’re not out long but damn. What a deep sleep. Seriously. Get it done. Prep sucks but not as bad as it used to be. |

Yep, all of the above, and hence every 5 years for me. Also will be 5 years for my sons, and Doc told me to tell them to get it at 40 years old to boot. I actually had the most vivid dream I have ever had while under. I was strolling along the beach at Pedregal in Cabo San Lucas. I could feel the sand on my feet, the breeze blowing by, and hear the waves crashing. It was AWESOME!

Let me throw in the background info that my doctors have yanked my competition license, banned me from being outside, and do not even want me driving on the streets other than to/from work and doctor appointments. My ticker only has 15-18% function, and is so electrically mis-wired that I'm running 100% electronic. No arc welders, radio transmitters, racing, or any of my other old hobbies. If that isn't enough, I lived for two years with a 24/7 IV infusion pump of heart medication through a tunnel port in my chest. No swimming, no showers, no going out in the rain, and no trips out of state because the IV company couldn't ship across state lines or even provide a dressing change without a doctor from the other state signing for the prescriptions. In all seriousness, they tried to put me on permanent disability three years ago. I told my cardiologist that if they would not let me go back to work that I wanted a referral to Dr. Kevorkian for a second opinion! Did I mention that I don't have much to live for other than my DW...and I'm worth more to her dead than alive. So, when the doctor asks why I'm refusing this one test, my response is that I want one last surprise in my life...and they shouldn't take that last wish away from me.....

Get it done people. Easiest cancer to identify and 'cure' (read: cut the f**k out). 90% survival if caught early. It's a no brainer. |
