MY25 X5 Week 18 Builds

Hang in there. I too was frustrated last August and went to test drive a GV80 not once but twice. Thankfully I found the patience to wait for the M60i which I love.

No email - I just found out by logging into MyGarage & doing the F12 trick. Hope you'll get status updates very soon!

I still think you will be okay but you may want to check in with your CA to see how things look in their system. Maybe ask them to run a VIR (Vehicle Inquiry Report) and send it to you.

Well, I got the email today with my VIN and went into MyGarage and found my build date of May 1st. So thinking yesterday was just a fluke and hopefully I'll take her home in early to mid-May. Thanks for the assist and trying to help me solve my quandary.

My dealer says I'm their first MY25 50e.

Paul_K , did you by chance cancel a PCD? I originally was going to PCD but had to cancel and my CA is saying that's why it was pushed from Week 18 to 22. Not sure I believe him for sure but wanted to double check.

Cancelling PCD has zero effect on the build. It is a supply issue causing it to be pushed back.

shyguy1226 , I didn't have a PCD on my order. I have been told that problem is only within the model 50E and that's why they are pushing it back more and more. They don't have any issues with 40i or m60. The issues only with model 50E! I have a feeling that they will be pushing after week of 22 also. Sad.

Sales Rep just confirmed today in the morning week 18 for assembly of my 50e (delivery to Europe).

So not affected yet by any postponement.
As usual, no more specific data other than the week…..

Long story short
Last week they moved my 50e order from week of 18 to 22 and today they moved my production week from week of 22 to 19! Roller Coaster 50e))

Congrats! I was moved from week 18 to 22 last week as well on my 50e order but just called and still at week 22. Definitely been a roller coaster tracking all these changes.

What NY dealer, as I too am from NY and have a 50e on order for week 22 from a dealer in Westbury.
