Apple Carplay wired option for better experience?
Hello All, I have my older iphone that connects to my new X5 wirelessly. I notice that there is a significant delay in the touch and pause/play action using the system. This is my first experience with the wireless carplay, so I am wondering if there were an option to connect via old fashioned USB to remove the delay...
I understand this may not be the case for the newest iphone S or XS, but anyone else experience this delay? |

You are mistaken. Wireless CarPlay uses the WiFi signal and transfers the audio uncompressed similar to AirPlay. The audio is not transmitted using BlueTooth with CarPlay.
