How bad is your wireless charging?

iPhone 15 Pro and the wireless charging is useless

I have an S23+ and it charges about 10% in 30 minutes of driving, no overheating of the phone. If I am using waze and spotify the charger will maintain my battery level and the phone will get warm, not hot.

A YouTube video (can't find it again) asserted some time ago that Apple and Android, at least at the time, used different charging standards and BMW worked twice as fast (which might mean higher efficiency and less heat, or not) with Android. No idea if that was correct, or if updates have changed the in-phone routines.
