Lol. You can't make this stuff up if you tried.
Are you trying to verify options or the window sticker brings you joy ? Vehicle inquiry report shows the same info pretty much |

I'm really trying to figure out if I should have gotten the leather credit but didn't. From what I understand I should have gotten it since order was placed in early November. It's not on vehicle inquiry (I didn't even know about it at time of order) but many folks who ordered in November did get it so I'm slightly suspicious that I did get it and it wasn't disclosed at delivery.

So the leather credit was tied to early allocations. Your dealer should be honest and share the numbers with you,
But yes, they should be able to get you a copy. Give them a chance and escalate to customer relations. They have a copy somewhere. Are you sure it's not in the owners manual/ book binder. I've had dealers place it there |

Are you sure they just didn't include the credit in the price? I had a credit for gesture control on my build and they just reduced the price, it wasn't spelled out anywhere on the sales paperwork.

I am just wondering if the leather credit was applied during the build, printed on the sticker, and then conveniently not disclosed, resulting in the dealer pocketing the discount. |

Somehow I received 2 window stickers with my car. I was surprised to find one folded up behind the owners manual. It was identical to the one they had with my paperwork.

When did you take delivery, the credit was not tied to when you ordered it was tied to when the car was built and was supposed to cut off the end of November, but seems to have bled into December a little ot the cars built the first week of December.
EDIT: I just remembered you were the same week as me, week 49 and I received the leather credit as a surprise - what was the exact date you started production?

Mine technically went to entering production on 11/27 so did technically start production before the leather cutoff with a 12/5 completion, but ended up moving to 12/11 completion and a week of QC, so maybe going into the production queue in november gave the credit not sure.

Damn, That probably means they lost 2 Stickers. I was just taking the paperwork out of my car and noticed I had 2 stickers. One for window not used and one printed. Both Originals from the factory.

Week 49 was a “bonus week” of sorts in that they got the leather credit - which was extended a week. And ZDY went into production . Last edited by lumpydog; 02-17-2019 at 05:51 AM.. |

Seems extra suspicious they would have to work hard to loose the second one - seems they may have been trying to ensure you didn't see something on it. I am guessing if the dealer won't help that you can call BMWUSA and see if they will look up for you if you received the credit.

It does seem odd but probably nothing that can be done at this point in regards to the price. They can just say the credit was part of the discount that was received. The one place that may fall apart is if the MSRP is noted and on the sticker the MSRP is reduced by the credit. Not sure I that would be enough to say the deal should be redone/credit paid.
