Tithe (tithing) is the practice of giving 10% of income to the church, encouraged/required by certain religious sects.

Does that make it a proper M then?
A discussion for another thread. |

The metal badge came off easily so I didn't even use fishing line. Which meant I had all the adhesive foam and glue to take off. I used an old credit card but only to rub the glue -- it never touched the paint. Isopropyl worked pretty well since the glue was old and crusty! |

Goo Gone works extremely well to remove any remaining adhesive. I have also used a plastic razor blade instead of floss or fishing line. No matter what method I use I spay a lubricant such as soap and water when cutting through the adhesive.

A friend has a brand new X5 M50i all murdered out inside and out. It *does* look good and doesn't drive too shabbily either. The automated parking feature freaks me out a bit, though. I've never even had a vehicle with lane assist etc. etc., so the truck parking itself is a whole other level. I could get used to it, though.

Ohh God, not on this forum, too, what is it with this.
I've been on Ford Forums, GM Forum's, Porsche Forums, and you never see this kinda stuff. Strips, Stripes, Go faster stripes, Neon's LED's Boy racer paraphanalia whatever, god no shaming at all. But get a BMW and all the hayters come out. There's a wanky little BMW forum UK based with a similar thing, God I would have hoped that people on this forum weren't as messed up. Seriously, don't people have anything better to do. What does it matter what badges people put on there car's. I admit I do like the old over the top blinging pictures of cars, they do make me laugh but jeez, what does it matter if someone puts a wrong badge, a different badge or shit like that on there car. I mean, I do NOT understand, why putting a badge makes you peoples blood boil. Why, explain it ? what does it matter in the grand scheme of things |

Here's mine, feel free to have a good old laugh.
It's a brand new 2020 230xdrive fully loadeed, m-package, which I bought outright, I could have done the whole deal cash, but wanted the money to stay in my investments and I'm pretty proud that I can afford to save up make smart moves to buy a car for this amount of money. I'm not loaded, or rich, I'm in customer services on an IT desk. I love BMW's and love driving this car to death. It's not an M car, it's not a M240, it has the m-package, it is plastered with M badges all over the place, rims, steering wheel, sills, but it had the badge delete option, so why is it sacrilege for me to put 3 m badges on this car, but it's ok, to have them all over the rest of the car. I don't need an answer, I'm being rhetorical. At least I'm giving permission to have my car's picture on here. |
