Did BMW remove the explanation of this warning from the owners manual?

Thanks for the verification. And it still says "risk" of icy roads...with the caution to look at bridges & shady areas as possibly having black ice when ambient temps drop to around 37° F / 3° C.
Seems self-explanatory to me.
