I have a 2019 X5. Anybody else experience long delay when using the app to remote start. Lock or unlock?

I have Subaru and even that thing is significantly faster

1) what do you consider a “long delay”? what was it before versus now? I don’t use the features regularly, but when I do, it’s never ‘immediate’ but around 7-10 seconds from sending the command to execution/app notification (with strong mobile signal)
2) are in you an area with decreased mobile signal when this occurred?
3) note there are server communication issues from time to time
4) you can always perform an iDrive reboot and a telematics reboot to see if that improves connection speed
