Interesting that X5 and X6 are now having a different front.

Well, people have been complaining about BMW's all having the same look in different sizes. Hopefully this stops the complaining. It'll get some getting used too but so far, from the Z4 to 3er to the X3/X4 and X5 and X7, BMW has done a pretty good job in differentiating the models.

I wonder if there is a chance the X6 40i can be had with DHP since the X6 is supposed to be “sportier”. Sounds like we’ll soon enough will know

Someone plz tell me it's just bad Photoshop. Anyway, grills look way better than x5 grills. It's longer horizontally and BMW is making the upside down grills look better.

I have roasted BMW for many of their designs lately but i quite like this. The kidney grill in particular is pretty badass.

More importantly, i really applaud BMW for keeping their cars different from one another. I can tell the 3, 5 and 7 apart. I can even tell this apart from the X5 without having to look at its "coupe" backside. I cant tell a C, E or S apart. I cant tell the Merc SUVs or their coupes apart. They're all pretty much the same car in different sizes, at least from the outside. So hate it or love it, give BMW some due respect for that.

That’s one ugly ass car.

The first gen looked good enough but the 2nd and now 3rd gen are terrible. The rears look more Asian than European but that’s far from the only problem.

Mercedes has done much better on their suv coupes and it’s not even close.

You mean massive body roll, a steering system that is not connected to the front wheels, and the engine note played through the speaker system?!?!?!?!

Apparently, we are just a few days away from the official reveal.
You're gonna see this a lot in the newer BMWs with the thin taillights. Thin taillights and tall rear end on a car like this they need a lot of horizontal lines so it doesn't look as tall and bulky. I think they actually did it pretty well here, especially compared to the X4. The lines framing the taillights on the X6 help it out a lot.

Looks very nice, I always loved the X6 shape, although the car is to big and heavy for my taste.
Wonder what will be the real innovative aspects. In times of Model X, I-Pace, E-Tron and EQC there should be at least an eDrive if not an i variant that can keep up with their dynamic advantages in everday situations.
And I've read that's exactly one of the big concerns of Ms. Klatten and Mr. Quandt with Mr. Kruger, that such variants are still not available. From the manufacturer that made technically everything right a half decade ago.

The first X6 was pretty bad ass, but the F16 didn't really follow up nicely - don't know what it was but just not as angry etc.

This looks way better than the old one but a bit more pictures would be helpful
