"I agree with this post. I have had a few BMWs under my belt and have had 2 replaced by BMW, one under a trade assist and the other via collateral swap. Process was easy but took time to work through it via the dealer and not so much directly with BMW. The dealer opens the case with BMW to start the process. You must allow them to rectify first and it fails then you make the request of them. The issue ultimate is inventory, or lack there of. In my collateral swap the dealer was willing to let me drive the old one till the new one came in. Again the experience is different dealer you dealer."
