"Car Care System" Offered by Dealer

I asked my dealer if they do PPF or if they recommend someone local for PPF, this is what they sent me. . .

I have read through it several times, and maybe I am stupid, but I cannot figure out what this is? Just some sort of weak paint coating?

Anyone have any knowledge or experience about this?

I would skip any of the dealership offerings and take it to an actual detailer. Might cost more in the end but you’ll get a better quality product as well so long as you choose a shop with good reviews.
