Yes, for example I got 7% off before USAA incentive, that’s on the total price including destination. My sticker was 96k and I’m paying 86k, excluding tax.

Yes, including destination. It should also be just the dealer discount and not including incentives.

Correct, off total MSRP. My MSRP was $76k and I got 3% off before incentives (although hardly any incentives right now). So yea, like ~$3k off total.

Honestly, this was the easiest I’ve ever bought a car and I was truly shocked that it happened now. Go figure.
Can you send me contact details? Would love to replicate this deal

MSRP discount-New England or northeast?

does anyone know what dealers are doing with regard to discounts off MSRP in New England, or even in the NY area?

and do most people get somewhere around the KBB trade in value for their trades?

I'm being told "the market for used cars has gone down significantly in the past 3 weeks" and am being offered 3k less than 3 weeks ago for my 2021 X7. This is also 3k less than the current KBB trade in value from THEIR webiste. Of course they can play a shell game and pretend offer $ off MSRP and then low ball the trade-this could be what they're doing here

Thinking about ordering a 2022 x5 m40i, was told by dealer in Orlando, FL no dealer or manufacturer incentives available at this time. So, I decided to play the waiting game. Maybe the sound option and fog lights make a return,

There are a few manufacture incentives available (loyalty and military) and some dealers are discounting.

Just FYI, they don't make an X5 M40i. It is either a 40i or an M50i unless you go hybrid with the 45e.

Sounds like the dealer is playing games with you. PM me and I can give you a central florida dealer that won't play those games. It's a tough market for deals now, but buyers can still do decent on discounts if they look in the right places. But lease residuals and rates are not ideal lately, so financing, or bmw select might be better. TurtleBoy is correct in saying that incentives do exist.

What are people seeing for X5 M50's and X5M's on the east coast? Are you seeing as much as the 8% some people have mentioned?

X5M no way. 4% and that's tough to get but attainable with work. Most are at MSRP.

M50i 5% is great and somewhat realistically attainable. But again majority are at near msrp and they are barely sitting on lots. So dealers know they don't have to play.

That being said. 8% or more is not unheard of but you have to have some status/connections in the game.
