Not possible if you have iDrive 8 BMW have started to lock certain ECU's and as i understand it requires online access to their servers to retrieve the code to unlock the ECU before changes can be made. New VAG models like the Golf 8 have a similar process.
I cannot see BMW giving online access to any third parties other than maybe Alpina which will be most likely restricted to Alpina models only

All but a few ECU's require server contact so only a few cosmetic items can be coded. I don't even think Bimmercode has put them on their site since it would not really be worth it.

nope, nothing yet for G05/F95 LCI. when i reached out to bimmercode they couldn’t give a timeline neither.

I have the same symptoms with my G01. I know iFR sir mentioned before that it only works on G05, G07.. vehicles. I also tried to enable TLA feature according to your table, but I couldn't find a suitable parameter to disable country restriction on G01. Tried disabling FA of 8TR decoding item, still failed. Hope it can be working in my country in the future.

Please note there are issues with the mapping of the SAS3 and DSC_VIP modules in their latest version of BU. I have sent their support team an email regarding the missing mapping and they have acknowledged the problem and will address it in their next update

I coded line change assistand and is nice, visible on cluster.
But Austomatic lane assistant cant work correctly. Car is in Poland.
Who can help, what is missing in standard list of codings?

Yes the label or comment for this particular FDL setting is missing in the current version of BU however if you load my file into the Cheatsheet sub folder in the Bimmer Utility program it will automatically activate the urban speed offset in your iDrive Display.

This feature was enabled in X5's assembled after July 2019 and should be already active in your 22 X5

It only works on certain types of road ie dual carriageways Motorways Interstates etc and above a certain speed.(70 kmph)

I've used your cheat sheet and coded my G05 and UCC , Highway exit both works perfectly fine just the TLA is little hit and miss i think it has to do with red lights in USA are not exactly marked on idrive maps properly sometimes i can feel that car hesitate or gets confused where to exactly stop at red light ,but thanks a lot for your cheat sheet and helping me out with the coding.

Bambazonke - Do you know if BimmerUtility has been updated yet with the proper mapping for aSLA coding? my G05 was just updated to 07.2023 and I don't have the SAS3 or the VIP modules showing up in E-Sys. I'm able to code most of aSLA but get an error saying "Driver Assistance changed in this region".

Not likely a BU issue if Esys does not read all of your vehicle's ECUs. Did Esys reading all of your vehicle ECUs prior to the update? Try rebooting your PC and relaunching Esys.

Run ISTA diagnostics, if you have it, to see if ISTA reads SAS3/VIP and fix any errors ISTA reports.

If Esys/ISTA cannot read SAS3/VIP, try disconnecting/reconnecting your vehicle battery(ies). Sometime my vehicle communications hangs when updating firmware and can only be fixed by disconnecting and reconnecting my vehicle batteries.

BU have recently done an update to v1.0.63 Had a quick look at my cheat sheet for the SAS3 module and all the labelling is there now I will check the other ECU's and let you know.

I am still on 07.2022 reluctant to update until I am sure that Pre LCI G05's will not be affected with ECU's being locked out.

As you know BU is now independent of Esys & regular updates of Psdzdata. I would try download a generic copy of E Sys and the latest Psdzdata via Shawn S on a separate laptop if you don't have ISTA as Larry suggested above. Hopefully the generic version will read be able to read all the missing ECU's. Make a copies and edit them in BU and upload and let us know

As per my post above i have started going through my cheat sheet and have already noticed a couple of mapping errors firstly in the HU_MGU the ADAS_2DH_HORIZON_EXTENSION is incorrectly labelled NAVI_MECCA_INDICATOR and in the DSC_VIP ECU labeling for "EM_AdasIntegration_AdasExtendedPdu" is missing and must be enabled for UCC (Urban Cruise Control) to work.

I therefore strongly suggest that those who use the cheat sheet to change the coding in Comfort mode, manually check their coding changes in expert mode after they have saved it as I have also seen in a few instances another bug where after using the function preview tab some features already enabled eg Lane Change Assistant which was enabled from factory showing as "nicht aktiv" or disabled or in some cases not changed at all after coding see screenshot below.

No unless u have done an OTA update since u coded it last and u have lost all your coding modifications
