I’m on the hunt for an 2020-2022 xdrive40i with the following

Must haves
Miles: under 40k
Exterior: blue or white
Interior : ivory or beige
Options: HUD and 360 camera

Nice to haves
Rear seat heat
Driver assist pro
3rd row

I’m limiting my budget to around $40k. There are options out there but it’s tough to find the perfect combo. Let me know if you are selling. Preferably west coast.

If your budget is only 40k, I'd say that you will likely have to look for a 2019 model year. Good luck!

I'd say it will be tough to find a 21-22 in that range, but 20 is doable.

Likely a private seller that just got a trade-in offer, or an incoming trade at a non-BMW dealer. Give yourself a little room for miles.

3rd row and DAPP makes it a little tougher.

Agreed. I paid in upper 40k for my 2020 I purchased in June of this year. It had 40k miles with a third row, executive package, driving assistant pro, etc. Pretty nicely loaded. It is also a CPO, the car had over $6k of maintenance done to it: tires, all around brakes, wipers, etc. The cheapest one in the area at the time was $44-45k, but from non BMW dealers, less options and obviously non-certified.
The OP is in CA, their used car prices also tend to be lower than the Midwest.

Things have dropped a lot since June. This one is on my radar for example

2021 w 41k miles. For $39.9. And all my gotta have options. It also means it has some factory warranty. But I can see the fully loaded cars are rare and bmw dealers are asking a huge premium for them.

yes, your must have option list is pretty easy IMO
This car seems like a pretty good deal. With 40k miles, I'd make sure the tires are relatively fresh. Most likely the brakes would have to be replaced soon, which is a 3k+ job at the dealer, so keep that in mind.

But also, looking closer at some of these pics, it seems like the front hood gaps aren't right, which means this car might've had some undisclosed damage and thus a lower price.
