2.99% is not available on ordered vehicles according to the offer. We have had a number of dealers tell folks they will get it but don't remember seeing any that actually did get it. Sometime dealers fool around with the inventory to try and show the vehicle as part of their inventory and eligible for the special incentive. Sometimes they get caught.

Fair enough!. But Still, my dilemma about what I could have paid has not changed. My CA definitely did not tell me that my order was not applicable for this deal. Again, I have not signed any paperwork related to my order; for all intents and purposes, I am picking up from the lot.

Can't BMWFS tell when the order is priority 1 or priority 3? Although I guess they can say you're not the original buyer.

That can catch that on audit. At the time of delivery they depend on the dealer to follow the rules.

On the buyer's order I hand wrote "To include all manufacturer and dealer incentives at delivery time" so I should be in good shape for the 2.99%

No, that would have no effect on what you get as nothing you write will overrule the BMWFS regulations/qualifications or what the deal may offer.

I just checked this morning and the rate for 60 months on the 25s changed from 5.29% to 3.34%. It's not the 2.99% they were offering on the 24s but it's damn close. I'm going to confirm with my dealer today and also check with him on loyalty since I can't find that anywhere. I'm pretty happy with the rate to say the least.

Now to do the math and see if taking the full military discount with outside financing vs the BMW rate with $500 military and whatever loyalty they offer.

Does anyone know if April has lower MF rates for leases? Or do we think it’s the same as prior months?

I'm seeing 3.99% but only for 2024 X5s. When I choose the 2025 MY it only shows the i5 xDrive40. Maybe the site isn't completely updated yet?

If you go to apply for financing and enter x5 2025 I still come up with 3.34%. It can be region specific as well. I will be confirming with my sales guy today hopefully.

So I just talked with my sales guy and he's seeing 5.29% for April with only 500 loyalty. Neither are good for us lol. He's going to check into it for me.

Well it wouldn't be the first time the site was wrong.

I applied over the weekend and got the approved email. Can I still get the new lower rate? Currently locked in with my CU for 5.99% for 72 months because the 60 month term was 5.74%.

When you fill out the credit app you get a no harm lock for 60 days (90 on the West Coast) so you get the choose the rate/incentives from any month from credit app to delivery.

That makes more sense. The rates offered on the credit app are often incorrect to the point that they should always be ignored. Besides that, it is up to the dealer as to what rate is offered, ie. marked up or not.

As far as I know, the MY25 did not have any lease numbers for March. I have not seen April's yet but the best source for lease MF, RV and incentives is the Edmunds forum as they get info straight from BMW and can look at regional incentives.

I get it but man it kind of gets your hopes up when you apply for something only to be made aware that it's incorrect. What can you do? 🤷‍♂️

Which means they marked up the rate on you by 1%. Base rate is 5.29%.

Okay. So the BMW site just updated back to the 5.29% for the 25 model year. So that's that I guess. Bummer.

The loyalty dropped as well to $500 from $1000.
