I came from 2014 X3 into a 2024 X5.
Whenever I get into this X5, I have to bend over my head though.

I am only 5'9 and it was never like this in my previous X3.

Is 2024 X5 lower than old X3 or is it my setting?

Trying to compare two different vehicles 10 years apart is meaningless. As far the the difference between xline (now called sport)/Msport on the 40i and the Adaptive M Suspension Professional on the M60i is that the vehicle sits lower, 10mm is the value that seems to be correct.
