Part number for the underdash panel clip?
I was replacing my AC filters, which requires the removal of the underdash panel, right under the glovebox. There are two clips that hold it in place, I lost the female part for one of the clips. Any idea how to find the part number?

Got a pic of the clip and/or a clip of the location you’re asking about? Help us help you better.
I‘m looking at the diagrams below based on your post…but I don’t see a clip that looks like what you’re describing.

Thank you, parts #18 and #19 are the male portions of the clip that are installed into the underdash panel. The male clip twists and locks into the female portion that is snapped into the metal slot in the dash, and its not on these diagrams.
I'll get in there during the weekend and snap a photo. |

You can also google the part nbrs (ie BMW xx xx x xxx xxx {where x=the actual part nbrs}) and see if any vendors/retailers are selling those parts, too. For something this unique and small…buying from local dealer and paying local taxes will probably be the less expensive route unless there’s other stuff you can add to the list to be on par for shipping & handling vs local taxes. And based on the QTY column in the part database…there appears to be 4 of each.
