Correct. I have tried it a few times. Closing trunk and while trunk is closing running away from the car doesn't close the doors 2 of 3 times.
Yes, and the same goes for the soft close feature. If you leave the immediate vicinity when things are going on, car won't lock automatically. So I have the annoying beep sound on when doors lock/unlock, so that I know without looking back.
