I'm an Android beta tester and the Tailgate is still not supported.

Just picked up my car after first annual service and all my previous coding has been deleted. Now I have a rainy day project for tomorrow.

You pay for the app and can use it on as many cars and for as many changes in coding you'd like. The enet cable is faster but you need the adapter too for your device to the cable. Bluetooth adapter is slower but no cable... your call

there are different front light modules available and the ones in your car are not supported yet, sorry. We are working on these also, but they are tricky to decode and I can not tell at the moment when these will be available."

I also received a reply from Stefan concerning the Tailgate ECU. He said they are working on it but no date on when it will be available for coding.

The problem with TM is predictability. It might be months at a time or it can in half an hour or it can be never. You just can't tell.

Recoded my X5 today after my annual service that wiped out my previous coding.
Went with ASS memory, Alpine display, M animation, Euro alarm and revised camera settings. Unable to code Tailgate.

Does somebody know if it is possible to code the air suspension in the X5 ?
Would love to have some kind of feature that it will always lowers itself when parked/getting out but not sure if this is possible.

Not possible at this time, at least not on bimmercode. Pretty sure, not at all.

Not sure why you want to do this but if its due to making it easier to get in and out, dream54ing said that when he is ready to get out of the car, he lowers his all the way. Then gets out and locks it and it stays lowered to allow him to get back in.

Looks like Bimmercode just got updated to version 2.16.0-6315 on Android, with updated coding options.
I'll report back this afternoon on if there's anything new for our X5's.
