I suspected that additional Individual paint, trim and leather would be available for the G05 with the X7 coming online!!
Pumped about the M sport exhaust, can only wonder what additional goodies the F95 will have in 2 years, as once you go M, you can't go back!! With 22" rims available on the G05 50, F95 will have. Laser light is only $1,000 if not ordered part of ZPX- gives insight to 8 series laser light pricing. Also, glass control is only $650; Bower & Wilkins is $100 less than the current B&O for the 50i ($3,500). Competitive pricing.

ZLC and ZOC - Leather and option credits ?
Is this likely only for HEA vehicles? it says EOP 11/18. Or since color choices are limited, early customers get a discount? |

My BMW PE for the e90 exhaust was like 820 . What I love about our G01s is that I didn't really have to mess with this type of Mod. |

Yeah, I'm familiar with adding the MPE and MPPK--did this with our last F15 X5 MSport, just bummed the MPE isn't included in the ridiculously expensive ZMP for the 40i!! But moreover, it's the lack of the DHP for the 40i that has me likely moving on for now...

Wow imo the 21 inch wheels are the worst looking. Too bad because that is probably the best size to balance looks with at least some sidewall

They're not going to supply it if demand is minimal.. Also that may not even be the case. When I got my 340i at the end of 2015 there was no MPE let alone the separate power kit and exhaust out yet. Give it time...

Bowers & wilkins is a waste of money, i have it on my G12 750li but there is no difference between B&W and Harmon kardon sound system(due to sound quality),
B&W with 1400 watt and harman kardon 600 watt!! Believe me no difference for the sound quality even on louded voice. No bass... Last edited by Anonymous 2; 07-05-2018 at 03:46 PM.. |

Though on the 50i it looks like you can't get the 3rd row seating with an MSport. Very odd and hopefully some of these things are errors that will be corrected on later ordering guides. |

What the hell at no DHP on the 40i? That is a big dealbreaker...
I would forego every goddamn option in the car if it meant getting DHP. |

Perhaps there is still time for revisions to these order guides, but I'm only cautiously optimistic. But IIRC, didn't the E70 not advertise the DHP (priority 1), wasn't even listed on the online configurator??

Getting DHP in our F10 LCI 550i xDrive was by far the best $3500 spent on the car and I would never buy a 5 series/X5 or higher model without it! |

However this move isn't surprising. The G30 5-series is a good example. You can get the base model (530i) with the DHP, but it's neutered, including just Dynamic Damper Control, M Sport brakes, and Active Steering. The X5 40i is available with those items separately or as part of a package (DDC in the M Sport package, and Active Steering/M Sport brakes a la carte). Only if you step up to the 540i do you get what the DHP is really about: Active Roll Stabilization and Adaptive Drive. (The package is almost 2x as expensive on the 540i as a result.) Looks to be the same with the G05 X5, only with the 50i model do you get a real DHP (w/ ARS). Charles
